متطلبات تطــبيق التــحول الـــرقــمى بالإدارات التعليمية بمــحافظة الــــفيـــوم على ضـــوء مـــدخــل الإدارة الاســـتراتيجية

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل لمتطلبات تطــبيق التــحول الـــرقــمى بالإدارات التعليمية بمــحافظة الــــفيـــوم على ضـــوء مـــدخــل الإدارة الاســـتراتيجية  وذلك من خلال عرض للأسس الفكرية لمدخل الادارة الاستراتيجية، والتحول الرقمى، ودراسة واقع تطبيق التحول الرقمى بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الفيوم من وجهة نظر عينة البحث ، اعتمد البحث الحالى على المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد في إطاره الميداني على استبانة للتعرف على واقع تطــبيق التــحول الـــرقــمى بالإدارات التعليمية بمــحافظة الــــفيـــوم على ضـــوء مـــدخــل الإدارة الاســـتراتيجية، على عينة ممثلة من العاملين بالإدارات التعليمية من القادة ورؤساء الأقسام والاداريين بمحافظة الفيوم وتم إختيار(70) فرد بطريقة عشوائية أي بنسبة (10%) من المجتمع الاصلى وقوامه (700) فرد، مع مراعاة متغيرات وخصائص المجتمع الأصلي،وأظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق التحول الرقمى في الإدارات التعليمية منخفض بنسبة مئوية (51.35%) ، وبمتوسط حسابي عام (1.54 من 3) وهو منخفض حيث أنه يقع فى الفئة (1 إلى 1.66)،وأشارت النتائج أيضا الى انخفاض تطبيق مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية بنسبة مئوية (50.67%) ، وبمتوسط حسابي عام (1.52 من 3) وهو منخفض حيث أنه يقع فى الفئة (1 إلى 1.66) ،وانتهت الدراسة بوضع مقترح لأهم متطلبات تطــبيق التــحول الـــرقــمى بالإدارات التعليمية بمــحافظة الــــفيـــوم على ضـــوء مـــدخــل الإدارة الاســـتراتيجية
Summary
The aim of the current research is to reach the requirements for the application of digital transformation in educational administrations in Fayoum Governorate in the light of the entrance of the strategic administration, through a presentation of the intellectual foundations of the entrance to strategic management, digital transformation, and a study of the reality of the application of digital transformation in educational administrations in Fayoum Governorate from the point of view of the research sample. The descriptive approach, and in its field framework, was based on a questionnaire to identify the reality of the application of digital transformation in the educational administrations in the Fayoum Governorate in light of the entrance of the strategic administration, on a representative sample of employees in the educational administrations of leaders, department heads and administrators in Fayoum Governorate. 10%) of the original society, numbering (700) individuals, taking into account the variables and characteristics of the original society, and the results showed that the application of digital transformation in educational administrations is low by a percentage (51.35%), and with a general arithmetic average (1.54 out of 3), which is low as it is located in Category (1 to 1.66), and the results also indicated a decrease in the application of the strategic management approach by a percentage (50.67 .). %), with a general arithmetic average (1.52 out of 3), which is low as it falls in the category (1 to 1.66), and the study ended with a proposal for the most important requirements for the application of digital transformation in educational administrations in Fayoum Governorate in the light of the entrance of the strategic administration
