يهدف البحث الحالي إلى/ تنمية الكفايات المهنية لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي التجاري على ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل
وذلك من خلال التعرف على منظومة التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري, التعرف على طبيعة نظام التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري في ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل بمحافظة الفيوم, واقع مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري بمحافظة الفيوم لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل, وضع آليات مقترحة لتطوير منظومة مدارس التعليم الثانوى الفني التجاري على ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل بمحافظة الفيوم , كما أعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي.
حيث توصل البحث الى وضع آليات مقترحة منها:

إشراك القطاع التجاري في إعداد المناهج الدراسية مما يؤدي الى جودتها.
ربط المناهج الدراسية بإحتياجات سوق العمل المتجددة والمهن المطلوبة باستمرار.
تدريب اعضاء الادارة المدرسية على استخدام نظم وطرق حديثة ومبتكرة.
تطوير الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري وفقاً لمتطلبات سوق العمل. 
Summary
The current research aims to develop the professional competencies of principals of commercial secondary education schools in light of the requirements of the labor market This is through getting to know the commercial technical secondary education system, identifying the nature of the commercial technical secondary education system in light of the labor market requirements in Fayoum governorate, the reality of commercial technical secondary education schools in Fayoum governorate to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, and developing proposed mechanisms for developing the commercial technical secondary education school system In light of the requirements of the labor market in Fayoum Governorate, the research also relied on the descriptive approach.
The research found suggested mechanisms, including:
. 1-Involvement of the industrial sector in preparing the curricula, which leads to its quality.
. 2-Linking the curricula to the needs of the renewable labor market and the constantly required professions.
. 3-Training school administration members to use modern and innovative systems and methods.
. 4-Developing the strategic plan for commercial technical secondary education in accordance with the requirements of the labor market
