برنامج كومر كنموذج لتطوير المدراس الابتدائية في بعض الولايات الأمريكية وإمكان الإفاده منه في مصر

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة بصورة أساسية إلى الاستفادة من برنامج كومر كنموذج لتطوير المدارس الابتدائية في بعض الولايات الأمريكية في جمهورية مصر العربية. 
وفى سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وسارت الدراسة وفق هذا المنهج في مجموعة من الخطوات بدأت بالإطار العام للدراسة، ثم توضيح الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لبرنامج كومر في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، ثم تناولت أبرز ملامح تطبيق برنامج كومر كنموذج لتطوير المدارس الابتدائية في(ولاية كونيتيكت، ولاية ميشيغان، ولاية نيو جيرسي)، وتلا ذلك خطوة التحليل المقارن، ثم عرض وتحليل واقع الجهود المصرية المبذولة في تطوير وإصلاح المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء مفهوم برنامج كومر، وتضمنت الخطوة الأخيرة الإجراءات المقترحة لتطبيق برنامج كومر كنموذج لتطوير المدارس الابتدائية في جمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء الاستفادة من الإطار الفكري، وخبرة بعض الولايات الأمريكية في هذا المجال.

"The Comer programe as a model  for the development of primary schools in some American states and the possibility of benefiting from it in Egypt"
 
Abstract
 
The study mainly aims to benefit from the Comer program as a model for the development of primary schools in some American states in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
to achieve this purpose the study used the comparative approach, the study proceeded according to this approach in a set of steps starting with the general framework of the study, then clarify the theoretical basis for the Comer program in the contemporary educational literature, then dealing with the most prominent features of the application of the Comer program as a model for the development of primary schools in (Connecticut State) , Michigan State, New Jersey), This was followed by  a step in comparative analysis, then presented and analyzed the reality of the Egyptian efforts to develop the primary stage in the light of the concept of the Comer program. The last step included the proposed procedures for implementing the Comer program as a model for developing primary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt In light of benefiting from the theoretical basis, and the experience of some American states in this field.
