AnAttitude of University Students towards Female Inheritance and its Relationship to the Essential and Apparent Religious Orientation In Light of some Demographic Variables
Abstract:
The study aimed to know the attitude of university students towards female inheritance, and its relationship to their intrinsic and apparent religiosity, and the impact of some demographic variables on it, and to predict their attitude toward female inheritance in light of apparent and intrinsic religiosity. The study sample consisted of (222) students from the Faculty of Education - Fourth year -, and applied to them the measure of the tendency towards female inheritance prepared by / the two researchers, the measure of the intrinsic and apparent religious orientation prepared by / Al-Hajar and Radwan (2006). University students towards female inheritance and religiosity, and there was no effect of the variable of the student’s gender or the level of parents’ education in the students’ tendency towards female inheritance, while their attitude was affected by the cultural environment in which they live, which was determined in this study by the place of residence, for the benefit of residents in the city and not the countryside, as it showed. Results The students' apparent and intrinsic religiosity contributed to predicting their tendency towards female inheritance through a multiple regression analysis model, and the study showed the importance of the role of religious upbringing in Vigorous in modifying the direction of the students.
