The value system of the teacher in light of the national strategy "Vision of Egypt 2030"

Abstract
The study aimed to try to devise the values supporting the preparation of teachers in the faculties of education in light of the national strategy "Vision Egypt 2030" in its different dimensions . The study used the descriptive curriculum and was based on the method of content analysis with the aim of developing the value system supporting the preparation and composition of the teacher within the faculties of education. It also addressed a presentation of the controversial relationship between education and national security strategies , As well as the starting points of building the value system of the teacher, and an analysis of the dimensions of the strategy, especially the social dimension - and its axes, objectives, sub-objectives and indicators of measurement, and the axis of foreign policy, domestic policy and national security, as the umbrella framework of the national strategy down to the value system of the teacher in the light of "Vision Egypt 2030. The study reached several findings and recommendations, the most prominent of which is that the national strategy included many values supporting the preparation and formation of the teacher within the faculties of education. As for the most prominent recommendations: activating the role of the faculties of education in shaping thought and developing values and modifying behavior in order to enhance the national security of the state, review the vision and mission of the faculties of education and their strategic objectives to adapt to the strategic objectives and objectives of "Vision Egypt 2030." ",
