The effectiveness of a counseling program based on Borba theory in Moral intelligence to reduce Oppositional Defiant Disorder among primary school pupils
Abstract:
The current research aims to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program for moral intelligence in reducing Oppositional Defiant Disorder among primary school pupils. Their ages ranged between (9-12) years, and the current research used the scale of moral intelligence (prepared by the researcher) and the scale of oppositional defiant disorder among primary school pupils (prepared by the researcher), and the counseling program (prepared by the researcher), and the results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group members before The application of the program and its after in reducing oppositional defiant disorder in favor of the post-measurement, and there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups after applying the indicative program in reducing oppositional defiant disorder in favor of the experimental group, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pupils of the experimental group In the post and follow-up measurements in the level of oppositional defiant disorder.
