The current Study objectives to identify community schools; to present some international experiences in the field of community education, and also to identify the reality of community schools in Arab Republic of Egypt. and then to develop a proposed for developing community schools in Arab Republic of Egypt. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The researcher designed a questionnaire, which was applied to (157) teachers, (58) community school principals, and (55) instructors, in the governorates of Fayoum and Giza, and the total sample was (270) individuals. Study conclusions: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the questionnaire dimensions between Fayoum and Giza governorate, except for the first axis. There are no differences between them. Several weaknesses have been reached, such as there are no capabilities to achieve security and safety, no law to take the necessary measures to reduce the absence of learners, no planning for the professional qualification of teachers, directors and mentors, and the productive services provided by the school are limited. The study ends with a proposed vision for the development of community schools in Arab Republic of Egypt in order to achieve quality requirements.
