This research aims to identify professional development programs for members of the school, and the criteria for accrediting the quality of professional development services provided to the Education Authority, and the actual reality of implementing professional development programs for school administration, With the aim of arriving at mechanisms to develop school leadership preparation programs in the light of the criteria for adopting the professional development of members of the school administration, the research adopted a descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the research, and it was adopted in the field administration to apply a questionnaire directed to members of the school administration (principals - agents) in pre-school education, this study found that the implementation coincides with the criteria for accrediting the quality of professional development services provided with a medium degree, where the weighted average of the axis is 2.22, and the average weighted percentage is 74.04%, and a set of mechanisms were presented to develop school leadership preparation programs, the most important of which is that training activities fit in terms of quantity and quality with the planned learning outcomes, building activities based on previous knowledge and skills of the trainees, reviewing all training activities so that these they revolve around interests The real job of the trainees.
