This study aimed to know the experimental effect of the two strategies of self-evaluation and peer evaluation through an electronic learning environment on improving educational research skills of graduate students. The researchers prepared a measure of educational research skills and an electronic learning environment in improving the educational research skills of graduate students. The basic sample consisted of (48) graduate students, and it was divided into two groups: one of them is a first experimental group that uses the self-evaluation strategy and its number is (24), and a second experimental group of (24) uses a peer evaluation strategy. The results of the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the first experimental group (self) and the second experimental group (peers) in the post application of the scale of educational research skills in favor of the second experimental group. He also found statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the first experimental group in the educational research skills in favor of the post measurement, as well as found statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the second experimental group in favor of the post measurement.
