Proceeding from the right of hearing-impaired children to be taught in kindergarten with some fun and attractiveness, provided that it is provided by the teacher to take into account the correct scientific and educational foundations, this research came that targeted the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education, the Special Education Program, the Hearing Disability Division, who suffers Deficiency in the level of performance of electronic story production skills. In order for the researcher to achieve the goal of the research, which is to develop the skills of producing the electronic story for the female student teachers, the researcher identified the professional needs of the female student teachers as well as by extrapolating the visual approach and the electronic story to develop the student’s achievement and skills by designing an electronic learning environment based on the visual approach, in the light of which The objective of this research is achieved.
