يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تصميم أداة لقياس الانفصال العاطفي عند المعلمين والمعلمات صالحة سيکومتريًا للتطبيق على البيئة المصرية، لذا قد طبق المقياس على عينة قوامها (250) معلمًا ومعلمةً بالمرحلة الابتدائية والإعدادية ببعض مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الفيوم تم استبعاد (18) استمارة منهم لعدم استکمال بياناتها فأصبحت العينة مکونة من (232) معلمًا ومعلمةً، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن التأکد من الخصائص السيکومترية للمقياس، حيث تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من صدق المحکمين, وصدق البناء العاملي، وحقق المقياس درجة جيدة من ثبات الاتساق الداخلي، وتمتُع فقرات المقياس بمؤشرات جودة عالية ويستطيع المقياس أن يقيس ما وضع لقياسه وهو ظاهرة الانفصال العاطفي عند المعلمين والمعلمات.
The research aims to design a tool to measure emotional separation for male and female teachers, validly psychometrically valid for application to the Egyptian environment, so the scale has been applied to a sample of (250) male and female primary and middle school teachers in some public education schools in Fayoum Governorate, (18) forms were excluded from them for not completing their data The sample became composed of (232) male and female teachers, and the results resulted in confirming the psychometric properties of the scale, as the scale enjoyed a high degree of honesty of the arbitrators, and the honesty of global construction, and the scale achieved a good degree of stability in the internal consistency, and the paragraphs of the scale have high quality indicators and the scale can To measure what was developed to measure it, which is the phenomenon of emotional separation among male and female teachers.
