the egyption contemporay education is striked by some aspects of insufficiency. more over, it faces some problems which considered as the forms of its weakness. these forms turn back either to general reasons related to society or by special reasons related to education. and there is no doubt that stopping in font of these forms and limiting them is considered as the primitive step in presenting suggestions visualisation and achieving a lot of pedagogical justice in the egyptian contemporary education. the current research aims at discovering some forms of the pedagogical justice's weakness,the researcher used the analytical descriptive method these are the most important results that the researcher comes up with them.
