Abstract
The research aimed to: Determine the necessary writing skills for student teachers, develop a teaching model based on post constructivism theory, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed model in developing writing skills, reflective thinking and achievement among students teacher at Al Majmaah College of Education. A writing skills test was prepared And a re-standardize of Kember et al reflective thinking scale., an achievement test in a course on Modern Trends in Teaching Strategies, a teaching model based on post-constructivism theory of four stages developed ,
The research Experiment took an entire semester, the research group consisted of 117 students teacher divided into two groups: an experimental group of 77 students, and a control group of 40 students.
The research used experimental approach to study the effectiveness of the proposed model.
Results showed The effectiveness of the proposed teaching model in developing writing skills, reflective thinking and achievement, significant differences were found at the level of 0.00, (0.005), 0.00 respectively between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group, and the research recommended: Encouraging teachers to use writing during the teaching practice, And training faculty members in the College of Education to use post-constructivism models in teaching
