Abstract:
The research aims to identify the reality of military university education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its role in developing and localizing the military industries, and the barriers that may encounter the integration of military and university education into localizing the military industries and the ways of overcoming. The researcher applied the descriptive approach to achieve these goals, and after reviewing the literature review of the research (literature review, previous studies). The study revealed many results mainly that university education is one of the main basics of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the other developing countries seeking progress in the process of localizing multiple industries, through introducing scientifically and practically qualified outputs to contribute to the localization of multiple industries. Saudi Arabia's determination of its successive development plans and its recent vision of university education goals is conclusive evidence of Saudi Arabia's belief in the significance and role of university education in the development process and facing future challenges according to the rapid changes taking place in the world. The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is interested in military education reflects its awareness of the magnitude of the surrounding threats and conflicts. Therefore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is interested in rehabilitating its armed forces to meet these challenges with science and organized military action, and therefore hastened to establish military colleges, institutes, and schools.
