“Corporate universities as a proposed model to confront the phenomenon of unemployment among
 Egyptian university graduates.”

    Abstract:

The current study sought to present a proposed model for the universities of Egyptian companies to confront the phenomenon of unemployment among graduates of Egyptian universities, by reviewing the concept of the phenomenon of unemployment, its causes, negative effects and models for confronting it, and reviewing the intellectual framework of corporate universities, and their role in facing the phenomenon of unemployment, as well as determining the extent of the possibility of establishing corporate universities. The Egyptian viewpoint of some faculty members in the faculties of education and commerce in some Egyptian universities.    

the study used to achieve its goals through the descriptive approach procedures, using the questionnaire that was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of faculty members in some faculties of education and commerce in some Egyptian universities, to get to know their views on the extent of the possibility of establishing corporate universities in Egypt as a proposed model to confront the phenomenon of unemployment among Egyptian university graduates, where The current study sample consisted of faculty members in some faculties of education and commerce in some Egyptian public universities, namely (Menoufia University – Benha University - Alexandria University - Sohag University - Helwan University). A random sample of faculty members in the faculties of education and commerce in the previous universities was selected, which amounted to (105 ) members, representing (10%) of the original community, which numbered (1050) faculty members in the academic year (2019/2020), and the number of valid questionnaires for discharge and statistical analysis reached (94) questionnaires

The study concluded that the approval of the faculty members on the possibility of establishing Egyptian corporate universities was to a large extent, its dimensions are represented in, the vision and mission of the Egyptian corporate universities, the objectives of the Egyptian corporate universities, the admission policies of the Egyptian corporate universities, the academic curricula and programs in the universities of Egyptian companies, the management of Egyptian corporate universities The study presented a proposed model for the establishment of corporate universities in Egypt to confront the phenomenon of unemployment among Egyptian university graduates.
