A Proposed Training Program in the Light of Successful Intelligence Theory for Developing the Creative Teaching Skills and Self- efficacy for Primary Level Science Teachers
ABSTRACT:
The current study aimed at preparing a training program in the light of successful intelligence for developing the cognitive achievement , creative teaching skills and self efficacy for science teachers in primary level. The group of study consisted of (17) science teachers in primary level in Dammietta , The researchers prepared a training program in the light of successful intelligence , and study tools ( cognitive achievement test about program content – esteeming card for skills of creative teaching skills – the self efficacy scale ) . The results showed by using (Wilcoxon Sign rank test) for dependent sampels and calculated the impact size that the training program had a positive effect on developing the cognitive achievement , creative teaching skills and self efficacy Results were discussed and presented recommendations related to the results of the study, the researchers also suggested making further studies and researches.
