The Planning for development of the "Professional Diploma in Education for Adult Education" program at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, in light of the requirements of the digital age by P.E.R.T method
Abstract
Today, the world witnesses a digital transformation that has affected knowledge and technology development in various fields. It also had a clear impact in changing the mechanisms and methods of teaching and learning processes to adapt to the changes of the era, which forced a review of the programs of the Faculties of Education in terms of amending their by laws and including courses in line with the developments of the digital age in order to graduate human forces capable of keeping pace with this era, and meeting the needs of the labor market, so, the current research aimed to develop the "Professional Diploma in Education for Adult Education" program at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, in light of the requirements of the digital age.
The research used the descriptive method, in addition to using one of the main methods of network planning for educational programs and projects, which is the P.E.R.T method, And the other, according to the researcher's perception, and each alternative was represented by its own network, The research ended with a set of requirements that contribute to its implementation.
