المستخلص بالغة العربية:
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس التوافق الزواجي لدى المعلمات، وطبق المقياس على عينة قوامها(200) معلمة بالمرحلة الأبتدائية والأعدادية والثانوية ببعض مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الفيوم، وتم استبعاد (12) استمارة لعدم استكمال البيانات لتصبح العينه مكونة من (188) معلمة بمتوسط عمرى(37,7) عامًا، وانحراف معياري مقداره (5,89)، واسفرت النتائج عن التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، حيث تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من صدق المحكمين، وصدق البناء العاملى، وحقق المقياس درجة جيدة من الصدق والثبات، وتمتع فقرات المقياس بصلاحية عالية ليستطيع المقياس أن يقيس ما وضع لاجله وهو قياس مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة في مجال التعليم وخاصتًا المعلمات.

Psychometric Characteristics Of Marital Adjustment Scale Of The Working Woman In The Field Of Education
Abstract:
The current research aims to verify the psychometric properties of the marital adjustment scale of the working women in the field of education, so The scale has been applied to a sample of (200) female teachers in primary, middle and secondary schools in some public education schools in Fayoum governorate, (12) forms were excluded for not completing the data to make the sample consist of (188) female teachers, with an average age of (37.7) years, and a standard deviation of (5,89), and The results resulted in confirming the psychometric properties of the scale, as the scale enjoyed a high degree of validity of the arbitrators, and the validity of the global construction, The scale achieved a good degree of stability in the internal consistency, and the paragraphs of The scale have a high validity, so that the scale can measure what was set for it, which is a measure of the level of marital adjustment among women working in the field of education, especially female teachers.
